They've invested too much into the new system to scrap it. Games change, it's a fact of life. Games that never change lose players, games that do change also lose players. Either you will play through the changes or you will leave but new players will always come in. It's funny, but with EoC if you actually use both your hands and not just the mouse the combat isn't much different than what you find on Diablo or WoW (I have played both) or any other MMO. I like the EoC because it reminds me of Diablo and atm I can't play it on my comp. The old combat system was boring, all you did was click and attack, and it did the rest. I took a trip threw eoc it is like a ghost town. The ones left playing rs in my clan have went to old schooled. And being from usa I dont care for bots either. I worked on my account with no help from those things. I feel that with 2007, it will become dead content quickly like RSC. The setups that we have all become accustomed to are not the same. it would be a great idea to since the new creation of the world wakes and god series making a massive battle in which the horsemans come down and take part the four uniting together Death ,War,famine,pestilence that could be a massive idea but would take time to bring into the game and will bring a twist into the gods of gielinor but i say it would be pretty cool to see the horsemans on the players side vs the gielinor gods. Grim Reaper. Although I don't know if he would be considered evil. Guess it depends on your perception of what he does.I think its all about where you look for them. While the number of PMods has decreased lately, remember that in the livestreams from last year they did mention that they had wanted to increase the size of the team by quite a bit, so I expect their growth would be coming very soon. Personally I see PMods all the time, although then again I tend to hang in somewhat busy FC's where often times there are one or more chatting away.
We've gone through years of exactly what we wanted.
