Rocktail ARE the best food... They heal you less if you are under the required level. Just the same as if you start a new character and try to use sharks or such. It will suck. I'm sorry you feel that way about it being the "worst on-line community of ANY game". I remember a point in time when the community was super awesome and close-knit. Everyone was happy with the game and didn't need to camp out on the FB page because there were not many complaints with the game or developers.
